  • Expert in international relations (Kazakh State University), Master of International Political Economy (London School of Economics), graduate of the Bolashak program and Candidate of Economic Sciences (Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
  • The total work experience is 25 years, including 12 years in the oil and gas industry and 7 years in education and international consulting. Experience in senior positions - more than twelve years.

AIZHAN KHAMITOVA

  • Executive MBA, expert in Stakeholder Engagement management, GR (Government Relations), PR (Public Relations), internal and external communications.
  • 25 years of experience in the oil and gas and energy industries. Member of the Executive Committee of the Professional Society of Petroleum Engineers in Astana (Society of Petroleum Engineers).

He is the developer and main author of the updated version of the National Strategy for Achieving Carbon Neutrality, the draft Roadmap for the implementation of the strategy in Kazakhstan, as well as the head of the modeling group and experts at Zhasyl Damu JSC.
  • She is a member of three working groups on a low-carbon Strategy. Specializes in sustainable energy development, climate change economics, closed-loop economics, ESG and more. More than 25 years of experience in the field of scientific research and scientific consulting.

ZAURE SARSEKEEVA

  • An expert in the management of social, charitable and educational projects.
  • Experience in the oil and energy industries in the Department of Insurance Business Strategy and Stakeholder Relations. She was involved in the development of new areas of Eni's activities in Kazakhstan, including the coordination of external and internal communications. Participated in the working group on low-carbon development under the Council of Foreign Investors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Within the framework of the company's renewable energy projects, Eni was responsible for interaction with the public, government authorities and local executive bodies, including conducting public hearings, consultations and PR.
  • She has worked in projects of the World Bank, the Asian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, TACIS.
