As part of the company's corporate sustainability, ESGQ has adopted the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact in its policies and procedures.

Human rights

Principle 1: Enterprises must support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and

Principle 2: to be sure that they are not involved in human rights violations.

Work

Principle 3: Enterprises must support freedom of association and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;

Principle 4: elimination of all forms of forced labor;

Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and

Principle 6: elimination of discrimination in relation to employment and occupation.

Environment

Principle 7: Enterprises should maintain a cautious approach to solving environmental problems;

Principle 8: take initiatives to increase environmental responsibility; and

Principle 9: Encourage the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies.

The fight against corruption

Principle 10: Businesses must fight corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

Report on the progress made

As a member of the UN Global Compact, our company will present an annual Progress Report (COP).
COP is a communication to stakeholders (e.g. consumers, employees, organized labor unions, shareholders, media, government) about the progress made by the company in implementing the ten principles of the Global Compact, and, if necessary, in supporting the goals of the United Nations through partnerships.
The first COP SGN should be submitted within two years after joining the Global Compact and is expected on June 30, 2024.
